NephroCan S.r.l is the European Authorized Representative (EC Representative, EC Rep) for a network of reputable companies, including the NephroCan group, and acts as the legal entity of the manufacturer outside the European Union Community. The European Authorized Representative fulfils the manufacturer’s obligations according to the relevant European directives and may deal with the European regulatory authorities regarding Declaration of Conformity, European labelling and language requirements, incident reporting, notification performance for clinical investigations, Free Sales Certification or Certificate of Marketability, and Certificates of Product Registration.
